Every box ships with four sizes. Start with the medium tips: a correct seal feels secure without pressure, and your own voice sounds slightly fuller.
They're designed for it. The plug sits nearly flush with the ear, which is what makes them tolerable for side sleepers.
Rinse the silicone under warm water, let it air dry fully, and return it to the case. Avoid alcohol, which hardens silicone over time.
